This was my first time in the villa and Florida and it was a perfect holiday from the moment we arrived and walked through the door until the day we left. The villa is perfect for a group or family holiday, it is large, spacious, luxurious, well equipped and has everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and special. Plenty of places for mingling, eating and relaxing and very comfy , spacious bedrooms. The pool and jacuzzi were glorious , warm and there is a perfect spot on the edge of the pool to have a morning coffee and watch out for birds and other creatures through the trees and the Spanish fern, looking across towards the lake. The location is quiet and well located for shops, restaurants and you are soon on the road to get to a load of beautiful and fun places . Richard and Nichola are very helpful and dedicated hosts. I would highly recommend this villa and the beauty and wildlife which Florida has to offer.

From the moment we walked into the villa we knew we’d got lucky! It is incredibly spacious, and the downstairs layout is great – a lovely big open plan kitchen and social space with quieter areas to sit as well - which was perfect for our group. The main bedrooms that we used felt luxurious and the beds were so comfortable. The outside area is fabulous with plenty of seating. The heated pool was perfect for our early morning dip and evening jacuzzi! Watersong is perfectly located for the parks as well as other days out, so we had a nice balance of the theme parks, days out exploring and chilling by the pool. We couldn’t have hoped of a better setting. Everything that we needed was provided, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, before and during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean.

From the moment I walked through the front door I felt I was surrounded in luxury, it sparkled and shone in such an inviting way. The kitchen area was perfect for our social gathering each evening after exploring the surrounding area. The pool was spotless with a beautiful jacuzzi and lounge area. The atmosphere created here in the evening was very restful.The beds were huge and comfortable. The location was excellent for travelling. We loved our holiday here at Nichola and Richards Villa. Communication was easy and nothing was too much trouble... Thank you. Hope to revisit soon.

We stayed in this villa last year and have just booked again for this year. It's an amazing place to stay and so comfortable for both large or smaller groups. The pool area is wonderful and has loads of seating to relax with family and friends. The whole villa is very well designed, great kitchen, lounge areas and loads of bedroom space. The setting is very convenient to visit lots of places in the region and is in a very well maintained and attractive area. Fabulous Villa, can't recommend highly enough!

Our recent stay at Watersong Villa exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. A beautiful well-maintained villa, clean and immaculate with high-quality furniture throughout. Plenty of room for everyone! The lounge areas are so spacious with comfy sofas and a large dining area. The open plan kitchen area is well equipped with everything you would need to cook for a large group. Lovely ensuite bedrooms with quality bed linen and super comfy beds! A great private outdoor relaxing pool area. Not overlooked. Again, clean and immaculate, with comfy outdoor furniture; plenty of seating and an outdoor dining area. The pool and the spa jacuzzi were heated to a lovely temperature. There is a pool and children's play area on the complex, but we didn’t really feel the need to venture away from our villa’s private pool - a much nicer temperature to relax in than the pool on the complex! Convenient location, close to public amenities, shops and central to the theme parks and the coast too. We had a wonderful time sightseeing as well as visiting the theme parks; which included a day at the beach, lovely nature reserves and walks, and an airboat tour. Can highly recommend staying at Nichola and Richard's villa; so much so I will be booking again to stay in the future! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

first of all i would like to thank richard and his family for allowing us to stay in his property,.From walking in we knew this place was special,the living rooms are both amazing,the bedrooms are fitted and brilliant the games room in the garage is a massive plus,the you get the outside space with a beautiful pool /spa and the seating area is also a massive plus.overall what a place to spend 2 weeks in.The surroundings areas are really good,the golf course is next door you have a play area for kids its a massive YES from me and my Family From Steve McArthur And Family.

We would just like to take the time to show our appreciation for this stunning rental villa ‘Florida Delight’. Can we just start with saying how clean and perfect this villa is presented, It has absolutely everything we needed for our stay and lived up to our expectations and more. The villa itself is first class, very spacious and beautifully furnished throughout.In addition to the large sized open plan living area and kitchen, there was also a quiet relaxing room at the front of the house to escape the chaos if needed. The villa had an amazing personal pool that we were in at every given opportunity, which incorporated a spa. All nestled on a large sized terrace area with furniture for you to soak up the sun and eat alfresco. A well-equipped games room with a pool table and air hockey completed the set up on the ground floor The first floor area was just as spacious with large sized bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and more importantly lots of storage and closet space. The beds were comfy and bed linens and towels were all of a good quality . The first floor also contains a useful well equipped laundry area. In general Florida Delight was about a 30 minute drive to the Disney parks, and there are a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes drive in either direction. You don’t need to look any further for a wonderful villa situated close to everything Orlando has to offer. I would have no hesitation with recommending Florida Delight and we will definitely book again for our next Florida adventure.

The villa is perfect for us each time we stay here, and have been lucky to have stayed at Florida Delight a few times now. The size and layout of the villa always means that we can really enjoy being together as a group but still never feel that we are too much on top of each other and that we can all enjoy our own space as and when we want to. It is spacious, well laid out and always very clean. The pool area is particularly great as the deck is larger than most, which allows for a good range of outside seating and dining. This is really important to us as we want to make the most of being outside when we are there, whether that is during the daytime swimming and sunbathing, or the evening sat around chatting and eating as a family. We find it easy to get to the various attractions in Orlando from here and the new Publix which is less than 10 minutes away is a great addition. We always love our holidays at Florida Delight and are already looking forward to when we return again soon.

The important things for us are always cleanliness, privacy, security, space and comfort and we got all these from our stay at Watersong Villa. We had a minor issue that was resolved incredibly quickly by the excellent management company and we also had a call from the owners to make sure we were OK once we were settled in. The villa is huge and it's hard to get a sense of this from pictures. As an example of how good the service is, we found the pool too warm for our preference on our first day. Richard was able to adjust this remotely and the next day, when we got back from Disney, it was more how we like it. Also the little things left for us to get started was a real plus and super helpful. Highly recommended.

We booked this villa because of the outdoor pool area and it didn’t disappoint we were a party of five adults and 3 kids and we all loved it equally, the villa itself is large enough to sleep more than our party as we had a couple rooms free, the kitchen had lots outdoor and indoor plates etc, the owners were fantastic at communicating with us throughout too.

This is our second visit to this particular villa/home, Florida Delight, in Watersong. We have also stayed in two other homes in Watersong, but we prefer Richard’s home because it is truly the best! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The pool area is larger than other homes in the neighborhood, & the pool furniture is not only beautiful, but also extremely comfy. The layout of this home is perfect. The pool was immaculate, as was the sauna, Richard, the owner, is a pleasure to work with, and is very responsive. Lynn at the management company is also one of the nicest people and also very responsive if needed. My husband and I and two adult daughters, one son-in-law and three grandchildren stayed for a week. It was hard to tell which the children loved best, the game room in the garage or the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked and the butler’s pantry has plenty of books and games. However, we stayed so busy. I think my husband was the only one who actually found and read a book. LOL. Richard’s driveway is also one of the largest, and we had no problem accommodating our three large vehicles, a 3500HD GMC dually truck, a van, and an SUV. This trip we found a great place to eat breakfast/brunch close by called First Watch which was awesome! The Villa is also convenient to a local Walmart and Publix close by. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this home, as our experience with this villa has always been perfect.

Thanks so much for everything you did to make our vacation so enjoyable. The personal phone calls, the recommendations for places to visit (we did visit St. Pete’s and Anna Maria Island as well as the Circle B Reserve that Nicola had recommended which was so nice) and the late check out was all greatly appreciated. We’ve been to Orlando numerous times with our family but I must say your villa has been the best (the house and the pool and spa were amazing)!! Our family of 11, 3 generations, stayed at this home for a week in December, and enjoyed it very much. Believe the reviews, I do not think we could find any place better near the price. The pool area was large and comfortable, with nice views and privacy. We paid for pool heat witch is needed this time of year. The hot tub got hot and the pool was a very nice temperature all week. We used the games room and the Watersong playground and pool, the pool had a walk in area that was great for small children. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate with all 11 people at the dinning table. The only glitch was the door lock not working with the code I was given when I arrived, but a call for help was handled quickly and I was able to get in. The owners were both very nice and made us feel welcome and important to them. I hope to return some day! Thanks Peter

We booked our stay in Florida Delight Direct with Richard and Nicola and have no regrets in doing this at all. From first enquiring about Florida Delight to after we got home, Richard and Nicola was always at the end of an email or phone and always answered all my questions within a few hours. The correspondence you receive about your Arrival and Departure for Florida Delight is amazing and very detailed with everything you need to know and even the use of a Sat Nav is offered which is an absolute God send. On Arrival at Watersong we was met by a Lovely Lady on Security who explained everything we needed to know about the Resort, While driving through the gate we met our first Wildlife Friend an Armadillo there is lots of Wildlife on Watersong. Pulling up to the Villa we was so excited after a long flight to get inside and WOW it did not disappoint at all, it exceeded our expectations the photos are lovely but in real life it is amazing everything is like new and spotless we felt very privileged to be staying here. We got a Phone Call from Nicola on our first morning to make sure everything was OK and we had no issues which we didn't. As we were a Family of 7 Adults so it was really nice to be able cook and chat in the Kitchen and all sit at one table to enjoy our Meals together. The pool and Spa are very private with no neighbours looking in and plenty of seating for everyone to sit and relax. The bedrooms are a Fantastic size with plenty of space to store your suitcase out of the way in the closets and very very comfy beds which is needed after a long day at the parks. The Washer and Dryer are upstairs so you don't have to carry all your laundry up and down stairs i found this fantastic. The Games room was a great place to start our day while waiting for everyone to get ready with a game of pool or air hockey. Florida delight definitely lives up to its name i highly recommend you contact Richard and Nicola you will not be disappointed. We will be booking again as we found it to be ideally place for visiting the many many attractions in Orlando.

We stayed at the villa Florida Delight for 10 days over Thanksgiving. What a great stay for Grandpa & Grandma and their two families. Four kids aged 7,8,9,10. This villa provided our family with plenty of space! We used the spa and pool every day. The pool was kept at a great temp and the spa heated within 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the night lights. The family area off the kitchen was also a great hangout area to watch the games and the provided Netflix movies. The pictures don't do justice to how big the family area is! We made Thanksgiving dinner at the villa as well as other meals throughout the stay. We found the kitchen to be well supplied with dishes and cookware. We were very happy for the inside/outside dishes since we had little ones and didn't have to worry about breaking dishes. The villa even supplied "nice" plastic wine glasses to use while relaxing in the spa. The kids loved the two bedrooms with bunks and twin beds and the shared bathroom. Moms & Dads had their own bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Grandpa and Grandma really enjoyed their Master bedroom with large closet and ensuite bathroom. The villa provided plenty of towels and hangers. The washer and dryer were very useful to keep up on the towels. We did a Walmart pickup on our way from the airport for all of the necessary paper products, soaps, groceries and cocktails. We would suggest the Walmart pickup to others for the convenience and savings. There is a Publix very near the villa for extra items, but we found it to be spendy. We went to Old Town, Seaworld, Legoland and Disney Springs. No Disney for us this year (they seem to have lost their magic) Our kids absolutely loved Legoland - no lines! We also did a fishing charter out of Clearwater Beach and caught a large amount of fish. Since we had such a nice house, we were able to cook the fish right at the house - so enjoyable! Richard and Nick were very responsive before and during our stay. They actually called us the day after we arrived to make sure everything was in order. We would strongly suggest the villa Florida Delight to other families. It was a large part of our wonderful Thanksgiving Florida trip.

We've stayed in florida delight before so knew exactly what we were getting and once again it didn't disappoint. There was 9 of us ranging in age from 3 to 65 but there was plenty of space for us all without getting on top of each other. We had a few small issues but they were dealt with straight away either by Richard or the management company. Watersong is a lovely resort and is near to a new publix and only 10 minutes from Posner Park our favourite shopping venue after the outlets. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again and look forward to staying again in the future

We have stayed in many villas in this area and this is by far the best. Absolutely massive for our party of 9 adults. After spending the day at the parks the outside area was much appreciated and very well used, on our chill days the pool and jacuzzi were great! The seating area easily sat all 9 of us and we regularly had 6 adults in the jacuzzi. The upstairs space was huge and the bedrooms were decorated to a really high standard. The 2 lounges were also very spacious although we only needed the one. Richard stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Our family of 8 have not long returned from an 8-night stay at the Villa, all I can say is WOW and that we didn’t want to come home! The Villa is huge, much bigger than it seems on the photos. Firstly, communication with Richard throughout from the initial booking to our arrival in villa was fantastic, he was always able to answer my queries and even gave us a call the morning after we arrived to see that we were all ok and settled and to answer any question we may have had. The Villa had everything we needed and more. There were comfy areas to relax and watch TV, the kitchen and dining area provided lots of space to prepare family meals. All the appliances worked brilliantly and there were plenty utensils, crockery, and dinnerware for a large family. The bedrooms were beautiful, each with their own bathroom and closet, the beds are huge and comfortable, I had great night’s sleep every night! There are TVs in each room with Netflix so all our children were catered for TV wise. Everything is labelled and there are lots of clear instructions on how to use things. The pool/outdoor area was just brilliant. The kids loved it. The Spa was perfect after days walking around the parks very relaxing. There are lots of lovely chairs, sofas and loungers to chill out on, we also ordered a BBQ which was there for us when we arrived. We liked how the pool area wasn’t overlooked by another property. It feels very private. There’s also lots of wildlife around, we even saw racoons! The games room was a hit with the kids who could play air hockey and pool whilst we prepared dinner, also a great area to dry swimwear and trainers etc. The villa is stocked up with lots of towels for everyone and a great laundry set up on the landing which was so useful for us. The complex felt very safe and secure, security on entering and leaving the complex was very professional. There is a Publix supermarket which is a 5 min drive away and also an Aldi another 5 mins along. On returning from the parks one day, we bumped into one of the neighbours who was lovely! She told us there was a Target and Dollar Tree etc 10 mins away too as we’d told her we needed emergency ponchos for the parks! They're so expensive to buy in the parks so this was a great tip. When the rain comes down in Florida, it REALLY comes down. The Disney parks are about 30/40 minutes away and we had no major traffic issues getting to them at all. We would 100% stay here again! This is the nicest rental where we have ever stayed. It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We actually spent most of our time at the property due to one of us undergoing chemotherapy treatments that were unknown at the time we booked. It allowed for a wonderful respite from cancer, and the five kids were never bored because of the pool, game room and many televisions. Richard and his family have thought of everything, and it is all clearly labeled too. We felt very much at home. We hope to return next summer.

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids). Large seating areas, dining options, pool was great. Other than the traffic getting to Disney and Universal, very good location, close to stores, shopping, etc. Had a small problem by getting the propane a day later than the grill (which needs to be updated/upgraded) but management company and owner's response was immediate and helpful. One suggestion-have the bedroom tv's be able to "hook up" to local channels, kind of inconvenient for anyone who wanted to watch "network" tv.......Note from the owners " since this review we have installed aerials in each room including the bedrooms so every tv in the villa now has the local channels as well as the channels such as Netflix".

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this villa. Everything was perfect. We were a family of 8 and it was very spacious. The decor in every room is superb. Lovely bedrooms, plenty of towels, the villa is equipped with everything you would need. Great pool with plenty of seating around, which we all enjoyed. Richard & Nichola were so attentive, before and during our trip. Can't speak highly enough of this villa and would definitely recommend it

We were here Jan 2022. Upon walking in to the property, the smell of a recently cleaned home filled the air! The furnishings are all very comfortable and the decor is beautiful! The mattresses are all very comfortable! I would suggest heating the pool and hot tub! Perfect after a day at the parks! The only issue we had was there were not enough towels and after speaking to the owner, brand new towels were brought the next day! Nicola and Richard are VERY responsive! The rugs in the home upstairs are a cream color and are showing wear and several stains here and there. This did not take away from our experience at all! The house is very very clean! Updated and warm and homey and very comfortable!! The pool area is a huge plus and plenty of room for everyone!! We will be back someday for sure!!!

Beautiful, spacious rental with top of the line furnishings. Owner was so very kind and checked on us to make sure we settled in nicely. We visited Disney every other day and relaxed at the rental by the heated pool and played a variety of board games provided. My whole family was happy with the accommodations. This home was better than we expected! The pictures don't do it any justice It was beautiful, huge, and in a great location! We go to Florida quite often and I think we found our forever vacation home. We can't wait to go back we had a little issue with the door not locking but the property manager had someone bring us a key for the home right away. Also the alarm system didn't want to work that well so we tried calling the number provided for us if we needed anything but given it was a Sunday no one answered but that was ok. My favorite place to be in the house was the jacuzzi it was so relaxing it was just what I needed. The beds were a little hard but that was ok. Everyone had more than enough room they also had their own space. We all enjoyed the home we definitely will be back to stay in that house again I highly recommend staying in this location

Great for families We rented this beautiful home in the beginning of October so we could accommodate the family. We went to Disney as well as Universal and both areas were not that bad of a drive. Universal was the farthest away from the home. This house had everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked with cooking items, there was pool towels, towels for all bathrooms, and sheets and blankets. Also highchair and ports play pen if needed as well. There is a Publix right down the street that closes around 10 pm. It was very convenient to use as we got in late and needed to get food for the house as soon as we arrived. They will come and place the trash can to the curb when it’s close to trash day. Overall these house is huge and will accommodate a big family easy . The only thing we didn’t like was the TVs had 2 remotes and some of the TVs upstairs worked and others didn’t. It would be nicer to have cable or a satellite where you turn the tv on and there it is. We had to maneuver through different screens to just watch the news. We will rent here again. Thank you again for letting us rent your home. ThePolendey’s

Beautiful home. We took our family of 10 and stayed here for a week. This home is beautiful and spacious! There was enough space for everyone to be together and enough space to have to yourself if you needed some relaxing alone time. The pool was great to have on site. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any messages ( they even called to see how everything was going!) I would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

I love this house! Our family of five adults and three children had a wonderful time staying in this home. This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the minimal additional cost for the hot tub was well worth it. The owner was very gracious and responsive. There were no negatives to report. Everything about this rental went perfectly and we were all extremely pleased with all aspects of our rental experience. The only complaint I have is that our week went by so fast! We had a great time and even though it rained several days, we had plenty to do in the house from the games in the garage, the multiple TVs, two large living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet place to read a book & I could go on & on. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom.. There were two master bedrooms which worked out perfectly. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this beautiful home.

This property was so beautiful. we loved the minimalist but elegant designs and decor. the owner was attentive and very communicative. if there were any drawbacks, i would only give 2 reasons... 1. the internet could have been a lot better considering the amount of devices that were in the house. I would recommend gig speeds for this property. 2. permanent exterior lighting with a switch. we hung outside during the night by the outside couches and we kept having to wave our arms around just to get it to turn on for another 10 seconds. other than these 2 drawbacks, this place was amazing! thanks!

We were 10 of us at one point. Two families. Within 40 minutes of attractions. Beautiful outdoor space with plenty of seating. That is what drew us to this home. Not so much the gated community. The home decor is beautiful and again plenty of seating for entire party. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Laundry on top floor was convenient. Any issues were addressed timely. This house was stunning! We had a minor problem with the pool upon arrival (at 11 pm) and it was being fixed at 7:00 am the next morning. The house had everything you could possibly need. There were 12 of us and plenty of room to stretch out and have our “own†space. We particularly loved the family room set up as we would gather nightly for a movie. Communication with the owners was amazing! I would definitely recommend this house!!

The villa was exactly as pictured, which was perfect for our family of 8. The villa is located in good proximity to all attractions, as well as Publix and DG (which is a plus)! We would definitely recommend this villa and would stay here again in the future.

Would stay again!! The check in process was easy, the house was beautiful and just as described. The pool was green and green sludge on the sides and the bottom. The pool guys showed up before I could even call. They were working on the pool, never informed us if we could use the pool before they left, and left a hose running into the pool. We were able to use the hot tub that evening. We contacted the owners who responded and emailed management. We also called management who told us they were aware and the pool guys would be back on Sunday, they never showed up until Monday!! There is a pool cleaning chart near the pool and the pool had not been serviced in 12 days. When looking for a place a pool was our biggest thing we wanted with having children it was going to be the easiest walking out the back door to a pool. So this was a huge disappointment to all our visitors. It eventually did clear up, and we got some use out of it, we also used the community pool which was a little bit of a inconvenience but the community pool was very nice!! I don’t blame the owners, I blame the pool guys for the pool turning green due to not servicing it in so many days. All private pools around us were crystal clear. Everything else about the stay was excellent. A few minor things I’m sure the owners took care of after we left because we didn’t report them until the end of our stay. The hair dryers didn’t work properly, and the ice machine didn’t make much ice. These were minor and we just bought our own ice and shared the hair dryer that worked. A few of our family members said there was no cable tv only Netflix and Amazon prime. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would stay here again. Thank you for letting us rent your home.

Pool and hot tub were relaxing and refreshing. Owners were very and attentive and accommodating to the few issues that we did have. House is a little further out from the Disney madness than some but was still convenient enough to meet our needs. Would highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay in Davenport. The house was very nice. It was well kept and the owners were very responsive. Everything went smooth from booking through the final departure. My only minor critique was the cleanliness of the pool. Davenport had some storms before we arrived, and the pool had some dirt at the bottom. Owners were responsive, but even after the pool guy came, the dirt remained. I don't blame the owners, I think the pool guys probably were overwhelmed. I still rate the overall house experience 5 stars.

After a long 2020 we decided to rent a huge house for the whole family to meet at for a long over due vacation. We stumbled on this house by chance and we are so fortunate that we did! You never know what you are going to get in a property rental so there is always some hesitation. However, from the moment you check in with the polite guard at the gated entry til you pull up to the house for the first time we were blown away how beautifully maintained and manicured the grounds are. As soon as we entered the HUGE, smartly decorated interior those reservations were put to bed and our vacation was officially started. The house was immaculately clean and the layout was calm and inviting. We had our groceries delivered through instacart so we were able to let the kids jump right in the pool as soon as we got there while we unpacked. There is an abundance of closets, storage and space! The upstairs closet was filled with tons of pool and house towels and they were of great quality. It took a little bit of figuring to get the TV to work and get all of our devices connected to the wifi but the big white book that contains a TON of information about the house was extremely helpful. The first morning we were in the house the owner actually called from the UK to welcome us and make sure everything was acceptable to our liking, this put a very personal touch to the rental, knowing that we were renting from people, not a nameless faceless company. This became apparent as the coffee maker broke the 2nd morning and it was replaced by noon with a brand new one! We spent several days at the community pool as well. This was just a beautifully maintained as the rest of the property and the staff there offered utensils for our lunch and any assistance we might need during our stay. We had 12 people in our group and there wasn't a single moment that we felt crowded or on top of each other. It would have been nice to have a few things included like coffee filters, trash bags, dishwasher soap and a few rolls of paper towels but I would never expect this at a rental. All and all if my family or anyone I know is going to vacation in Orlando I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you for a beautiful place to host a much needed getaway!

Perfect for Covid get away Overall loved this place! Spent time here to get away from the Midwest winter freeze. The subdivision is gated and beautiful so we walked a couple times a day. Our favorite part is that the pool gets sun all day. The house it self was decorated beautifully, very inviting. The alarm was a little intimidating but only because we had never used one before. Also if you have problems with the pool let them know right away as the pool company only comes once a week. Richard was great to work with the entire process! There is a new Publix 2 miles away that we frequented and hungry howie’s has good pizza. Highly recommend this house/location.

Richard was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was great. Even with a little bit of issues with the heating to the spa given the cold temps they had had, he made sure everything was up and working as quickly as possible so our family could enjoy. The home is wonderful, clean, and just perfect for the 7 of us that stayed there. Our 2 yr old loved the pool and it was a wonderful outdoor area to relax and eat. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The villa is beautiful, spacious and you can tell every effort has been made to make it feel a real home from home. Richard and Nichola went over and above to make sure the villa was everything we needed for a truly fantastic holiday. Beautiful spacious villa, that accommodated our group of 10, ages from 5 to 70! Comfortable bedroom and ensuite facilities, fully equipped kitchen, with relaxing living room. Great tv's with lots of options to help wind down if not sitting out around the pool. The pool is a good size and we all enjoyed being in or the spa. What can I say...It was a perfect family vacation. Although we were on vacation, it felt like home. The home is very well appointed, clean and organized. Richard and Nichola are tremendous host and are very attentive. They made us feel like family. Our week flew by. Plus our St Louis Blues won their first Stanley Cup while we were there. So this home will hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you Richard and Nichola!!!

Just returned after 2 weeks in this amazing place. Thank you Richard and Nichola for letting us stay in your property the only problem was that with 3 grandchildren in tow we spent so much time in the parks that we didn't use it as much as we would have liked but when returning back it was lovely to be able to use the pool/jacuzzi to unwind. Thank you also for the pink bedroom it went down well with the twins and the steamer as I was able to cook what I needed. The weather was very hot while we were there and a couple of days it just tipped into 100 degrees. What more can I say the place place was amazing even better than we expected and everything needed for a perfect holiday. If ever we go back we will certainly be in touch. Lastly if you are looking for a decent place to buy fresh coffee, milk shakes etc then go to Wawa I know it's a gas station but their drinks are amazing. Sylvia

Great house, very spacious with plenty of seating, nice neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool. We didn't eat at the house much but there was ample dishes etc.. I wish there was a dimmable light on the lanai as it is very bright for sitting out at night. The house and lanai area could have been a lot cleaner. Not much attention to detail. Some of the sheets were definitely not clean so we had to wash them and remake those beds. We have stayed in many rental homes and have found it to be common that they aren't cleaned very well which is unfortunate. I wish they were inspected better by management to ensure better quality. Overall I would recommend staying here and we would return. As Owner's we were very sorry to read that Amanda and her party were unhappy with how clean the villa was during their stay and wanted to share with you our response to Amanda's review on HomeAway. "Dear Amanda, Many thanks for your review. It is great to read that following your stay at our villa you would return and also recommend it to others. Our extended family of 10 spent a week here in February 2019. All utensils we needed including bathroom towels were available plus gloriously hot weather. It is a really beautiful house in a good location within Watersong and close to supermarkets and petrol stations. The owner, Richard, was very attentive to our questions and needs. In short, the house , the pool and Richard made our lovely holiday into a perfect one. Would return in a shot.

We just got back from a wonderful 2-week stay over the holidays with three families in Richard and Nichola's Florida Delight home. I searched for months to find the right home for our three families - and was so glad to find this location. The home is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. No complaints from any of the family members on the beds (my biggest concern with a mixture of ages and back-pains) other than the pillows were too thin, but really if that was the biggest complaint then we hit the jackpot. Being December we paid extra for the heated pool (good decision as the kids were in it almost every day) and both the pool and hot-tub were a big hit with everyone. One minor comment to be aware of, if you have elderly family members getting in and out of the hot-tub may be a little difficult for them without help. -- The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need, including an Instapot! The Smart TV's were also a big hit as they included Amazon, Netflix, and Cable - so we had no problem finding movies that fit everyone's needs. The kids loved the PS4, Pool table, and foosball table as well. The community is smaller than some of the bigger communities, but that was nice - less hectic, never an issue getting into the gates, and a nice community area with playground and more. It is about 5 - 10 minutes away from shopping, groceries, and a movie theater. Lots of food delivery options, including Chinese for New Years eve from China Park, which was quick and very yummy American Style Chinese food. Watersong is about 20 to 30 minutes from the Disney and Universal parks, on good traffic days - but that worked well for us to be out of the crazy park areas, in a more relaxing environment. Some family members chose several full park days, while others stayed home, so it worked for us. We really enjoyed our holiday here - and would recommend the home if you are looking for a quiet location for some quality family time.

The bedrooms were a perfect size. The pool and jacuzzi tub, couldn't have been better. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back to this home again!!!

Very well equipped kitchen.Nice quiet resort. Had a wonderful holiday. Between a 20 and 30 min drive to the parks. Nice area called 'Champons Gate' approx 15min drive away with a huge Publix Supermarket and plenty of restaurants if you're too worn out to cook. Richard was incredibly helpful in the run up to the holiday and answered all queries quickly. The only problem we encountered was the washing machine was broken when we arrived but the management team in the US were really helpful and kept us informed what was happening. They even offered us the keys to another empty villa down the road so we could do washing (without us even asking). It was slightly inconvenient but these things happen and the situation could not have been handled better! When we return to Orlando in a few years Florida Delight will be our first choice of place to stay!! Highly recommended!!

Situated in Davenport Orlando makes it so easy and quick for all the Disney parks. This is the second time we have chosen this residential area. First villa was a 5 bedroom then the latter one was a 6 bedroom mansion. Even the pool with its built in jacuzzi is heated by solar panels. Plenty of sun loungers and seating. The bedrooms were tastefully fitted out. TV's in every room. PS4 with games. Cable tv. More than enough space to cater for 12 people. Would highly recommend this property

All of the rooms are huge and the kitchen/dining/family room area is second to none! It was so great to have a space that was big enough and comfortable enough for all of us to gather in at one time. The layout was perfect! We never felt crowded or like we were stepping on each other. The pool/spa area was amazing! There were so many areas to lounge and relax that I didn't know where to begin. The privacy screening and lush landscaping was an added bonus that made us feel very secluded. The pool was big enough that some could be playing a game while others just floated. The spa was wonderful too! We also took advantage of the game room and had a family tournament one of the evenings. It was spacious and had enough activities that every team was able to be playing something the whole time. I would highly recommend using it! Speaking of playing...the PS4 in the loft provided hours of entertainment as well. For a quieter option, the family room was a great place to hangout together and watch a movie. With so many TVs, games and other activities in the house there was no way anyone could be bored. Richard was fabulous to work with and we really appreciated the personal attention he provided. We had an amazing week and I am so glad we stayed in this house. We all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had which was really needed. It may be a little longer drive to the parks than some houses but you will not regret staying here. Just got back from a 5 night stay at Richard's place. The house is absolutely fantastic. It is exactly how it looks in the pictures - if not better. The home has all amenities that you would need and also provides a starter kit of paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. There is a Publix grocery store within 15 minutes from the house for anything you need. We visited Disney parks on 2 of the days and the pool area was a great place to come home to and wind down. The other 3 days were spent totally in the backyard pool area and it is truly a vacation in itself. Richard was easy to work with and was always quick to answer any of my questions. We would definitely stay here again whenever we decide to visit the Orlando area in the future.

We have just concluded our family vacation at Florida's Delight. It was an amazing home with absolutely no issues or concerns. Richard was incredible with his communication and concern that our vacation was everything we hoped for. From the time we walked in to the huge living room until our first view of the incredible oversized pool and hot tub area we knew we had made the right choice. The kitchen served all our needs and the dinner my family of 10 was able to have at the 'royal' table was amazing. Thank you Richard for an amazing stay. The family also enjoyed their visit with you. Your over and above service was very thoughtful and appreciated. Do NOT hesitate to use Richard and his families home for your Florida vacation. Cheers!!

What a fantastic place!! We've just got back from a 2 week stay at Watersong and cannot fault it. The villa is so much bigger than it looks on the video and absolutely beautiful. The villa has spacious and airy rooms with loads of different areas to chill out in. The kids loved the games room (and the PS4!) and the swimming pool and hot tub were huge hits with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped and sociable as it opens up into the main living area. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained and with 8 of us there, it never felt cramped or that we were on top of one another. All of us agreed that should we return to Florida, we would most definitely stay here again. Some of the places we visited and loved which were all well within an easy journey from the villa included Volcano Bay, Universal, Sea World, Disney Springs and Celebration. We also went a little further and did an airboat ride which was wicked! All in all a top notch holiday which will never be forgotten. A big thanks to the Marsh family for making it so special. x

We had a family party of ten stay at this huge villa for the second two weeks of June, and it was awesome! Although the website photos do a good job, you don't really appreciate the size of the place until you actually arrive there, when you are blown away with the wow factor! This villa is the place you need to book! There are six big bedrooms all with ensuites, a games room, 2 huge receptions, and a spacious kitchen. It was very hot in Florida at the time, so every time we came back exhausted from visiting the parks, we spent a couple of hours cooling off in the fantastic pool - it was bliss! Everything you could ever need is to hand in this fantastic villa. It's about 30 - 45 minutes drive to most of the Disney/Universal parks, and the numerous other attractions. When you fancy a change from the Disney parks, I would recommend a visit to Boggy Creek for an airboat ride. It's fun, and you might see some alligators in their natural habitat! Then back to the villa's own pool, which is so refreshing! Wifi in the house itself is good, and with about 8 to 10 TVs to watch, or playing in the games room, there is always something to do if the weather is not great. Not that we really had any bad weather, other than a brief thunder storm now and again. Then there's the pool, which was always asking us to jump in, whatever the weather. You just could not resist it! Laundry facilities in the villa are ample, so it's a real home-from-home, although this place feels more like a mansion! Regarding food, we mixed it up between self catering (normally al fresco at one of the two tables by the pool), or visiting one of a wide choice of restaurants at places such as Champions Gate (about 10 -15 minutes drive away), or getting something delivered. All work great. Owners Richard and Nichola were very helpful right from when we booked the villa 18 months before the trip, right through to a telephone conversation we had with them whilst there. But the local dedicated management company is always on hand, and always contactable, so any issues are sorted very quickly and without any fuss. We had a very minor one when we had too many things plugged in to the sockets, causing just one or two of the sockets to trip, and they needed resetting. The maintenance team were with us within 30 minutes, and sorted it right away. So, if you are fussy about where to stay when visiting Florida, and only the best will do for you and your loved ones, then Florida Delight is the place to stay! We really can't fault it! And did I mention the pool?

Location is beautiful!!! This home is so much more than we expected. The photos here don't even do it justice. The kids played every day in the pool and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub every night as well. The rooms are spacious and very well put together. The owner called us to make sure that we were setup and everything was to our liking which was surprising and impressive. The management team was extremely helpful and very friendly. I honestly don't know what to say except we were very impressed and would ABSOLUTELY visit again!!!! Thanks Richard for the best Florida vacation yet!!!

An absolutely amazing holiday villa! This was our second visit to Orlando so whilst having stayed in Davenport in the past this was the first time in Watersong which is a lovely gated community. The villa was so much more than the pictures show and what we expected. Such a spacious and very well decorated home, we were two families staying together with grandma and all of us could not have been more happier. The kitchen living area was very spacious and outside pool area with 4 kids was perfect. Bedrooms were all fantastic and big, and basics like washing machine, plenty of towels etc were just so handy. Games rooms is fab and the kids (and big kids!) spent plenty of time chilling and playing pool in the evenings. Was perfect location to get around to all the main attractions and was nice at the end of the day to come back home. We tried a couple of the local Bistro's in Davenport which was nice and away from the crowds. Would totally recommend staying here as would happily go back. Richard was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and calling us whilst we were there in the villa to check all ok which is a lovely touch. The Gill Family.

Let me start by saying Flip Key is an amazing thing!! We went as a Family of 10. We arrived Mar 24, 2017 and stayed until April 1, 2017. We really lucked out with the weather .. once we arrived we were welcomed with a beautiful, well maintained,, perfectly laid out home. The rooms were perfect in size .. I can't think of one thing to change with any of the rooms. Having each with their own t.v and bathrm it was convenient for everyone to get ready for the day and end the evening!! The swimming pool was beyond perfect. For 3 days of our vacation we decided just to stay at the house and swim and enjoy the weather!!! There is no homes behind this house .. but there was wild life!! Lots of little geckos, a tortoise and of course a Herron!! The kids loved that!!! This home is defiantly what you want if you want to enjoy space to relax and space to enjoy the company of Family!!!! Lots to do...as Richard (Owner) has a lot of info at your fingertips!! Just one word of advice .. if you are booking an Air Boat Tour ..BOOK IN ADVANCE!!!! I used the gym as well and the computer room too .. very nice!! Overall a 5* house!!! There is no disappointment here! Just sit back and enjoy your vacay .. we did!!!!!

I don't even know where to start with explaining how perfect this rental was! The home is beautiful and so nicely decorated! More than enough space for several families although we only had 2 families in the home for our stay. We all couldn't believe the amount of space we were able to enjoy at such a reasonable rate! The pool area was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing! Seating for tons of people around the pool. I only wish we had more people along to enjoy the space with us. Our biggest regret during our stay is that we packed in so many attractions during our week in Orlando, that we didn't get to enjoy more time at the home! Because the house is so peaceful and relaxing we feel we should have reserved a few days to just hang out and enjoy the space. Our kids had a great time as well and keep saying they want to live there! Next time we venture to Florida, I think it will be to just take some time to relax at this gorgeous villa and take it easy. The owners were easy to get a hold of and great with answering any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying near the Orlando area!! Clearly a lot of thought has gone in to this property to make it a home from home, plenty of towels, crockery etc.,. Ideally situated for Disney parks, Kennedy Space Centre, beaches on Atlantic coast and Gulf of Mexico coast (both of which worth a visit) Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Florida.

We are a party of 4 couples who have just been lucky enough to spend 12 nights in this fabulous villa, could not fault it in any way. Plenty of space for large groups or families, great living accommodation that you can tell Richard and Nichola have put their heart and soul into making as comfortable and luxurious as possible, this is certainly not a basic holiday rental! The pool area was ideal and we enjoyed meals on the large dining table outside and many a snooze on the relaxing corner sofa by the pool, the pool was lovely and warm and the hot tub was heaven! The Villa is ideally positioned for so many things, as we didn't have children we weren't interested in Disney but are aware it's close, as well as visiting Universal, we were able to venture out to St Petes and experience a dolphin watching sail, an airboat trip, Kennedy space centre and national park where we saw great wildlife including manatees! A great holiday made special by the superb villa, thank you

Wow...what a fabulous house. Firstly its enormous, spacious and very light with six wonderful bedrooms. My family did feel as if we had indulged ourselves quite a bit as there were only 4 in our party. We were in Orlando for 3 weeks and thought we'd spoil ourselves. The house is beautiful and was spotlessly clean. But one of the things that that make this house really special was the extra space around the swimming pool. It meant we could move the loungers completely around the pool to follow the sun or in my case get out of its way. Having stayed in other houses over the years in Florida I can tell you this made a hugh difference and was a big positive. Also the kitchen was lovely and a cut above the basic kitchens that are normally in these houses. It was very obvious that Richard and Nichola have taken a lot of care with the decor and their choices. Its stunning and very well maintained. Watersong was a lovely gated community with a clubhouse including a much larger pool. We used this pool on several occasions which has the advantage that little kids can paddle. The house was very near Disney and we spent a lot of time there. I found it very quick to home every night which was a good bonus. Nearby there are two Publix supermarkets, One at Champions Gate and the other in Davenport. Reasonably close are Crackerbarrel and Manny's Chophouse in Haines City. I recommend that people google these before they go and I'm so glad someone told me about them. There are great places to eat. I am now planning my next trip to Florida and am hoping I will be lucky enough to secure this home again...and go for another 3 weeks. The Kelly Family

When we first pulled up to the Watersong gated community, me and my family instantly felt a sense of security, even the security guards were polite and graceful. The house is set on a beautiful enclosed community and all the homes are very well maintained. When we arrived at our house we were instantly overwhelmed by the size of the property! As I mentioned, pictures honestly do not do it justice. We had 4 cars and they all fitted perfectly on the driveway. The interior of the house was incredibly beautiful. The furnishings are modern but also comfortable. My visit included a party of 11 and we still had enough space to do our own things. The living rooms and kitchen were fully equipped, even down to a garlic peeler in the draws. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates and glasses in all of the cupboards. The pool and Jacuzzi was incredible and spacious for us all to enjoy time together as a family. The beds all were extremely comfortable and even caused arguments regarding our return home for wanting to replace our own beds. All the bedrooms had an en-suite and these were perfectly sized to house the bedroom occupants. I could go on and on all day explaining how amazing this house was but you truly need to experience it for yourselves to get the real understanding as to why I am so so happy with the money I spent. What made the booking even more enjoyable was the fact that both Richard & Nichola were both so friendly and even give us a curtsy call on our first day ensuring that we were all happy and settled in. Thank you once more and I will undoubtedly be booking again in the future.

This time was by far my families favorite location! The Villa was absolutely stunning!! I was looking to stay somewhere nice and this went far beyond my expectations. Myself, my husband and my teenage kids were so unbelievably surprised and happy with the villa! The house was huge, everyone had their own space to go when we got back from a busy day. Every room had a big television with Netflix which is always great. There was also a play station which was a big hit with the boys! We went in January, so I paid a little extra for pool heat, but it was well worth it. The owners, Richard and Nicola, were so helpful with everything and communicated quickly with all of our needs. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed, there are really not enough words to emphasize the thought this wonderful couple has put into this fabulous home. I am a bit apprehensive to write this review for fear that others will book and I wont be able to get another vacation here!! This villa is truly a gem and I would recommend it to any family with young or older children, this villa will satisfy all!

Wonderful villa finished to a high standard in a good location.Comfortable beds and brilliant on suit facilities.Richard very helpful answering queries before and during our stay.Our family of 11 ranged between 8 and 68 with plenty of room for all and my five grandchildren loved the games room. We did have a problem with noise from a neighbours generator which was resolved in a couple of days.The only other negative was no access to the gym before 9am in the morning.Otherwise the perfect holiday villa.

We have been visting the Orlando area for 15 years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. It is located in Watersong, a very quiet and beautiful place that is gated so you feel very secure. And the villa is every bit as good as the pictures suggest. There were five of us so there was plenty room for all and we particularly liked the bedroom layout upstairs - our master was at one end and the other master and queen rooms at the other so we felt that we had our own place to escape to! The deck area around the pool is larger than usual and luckily, we could use it all even in December because we were fortunate enough to have lovely weather. The warm pool was a favourite with granddaughter Jasmine! Watersong is less than half an hour's drive to the theme parks and the villa was a great place to return to at the end of a busy day. Beautfully kept and very clean, we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for their Florida holiday. And owners Richard and Nichola go out of their way to ensure a troublefree stay.

Only one problem with this villa - you will not want to leave. Every bit as good as the pictures suggest and owners Richard and Nichola ensure their guests are very well looked after and their home in the sun is spotless. We contacted Richard when booking the villa a few months earlier and had nothing but quick and very helpful responses. We even used the sat nav which was sent prior to the visit which helped us find the villa resort on arrival. There were to be 8 in the party but only had 6 in the end. The villa was excellent. The pool was heated on request and was superb at the end of a day after parks! The furniture and furnishings are all beautiful and comfortable. The 6 of us all commented on how wonderful the villa was and there was the desire for us all to stay longer! Thank you for the rental of your home. You never know we may be back. I would definitely recommend this villa.

This is a beautiful villa but the holiday experience was enhanced by the little extras and excellent customer service provided by the owners Nichola and Richard. When we initially considered this property and looked at the comments provided by other guests I must admit we were sceptical "it couldn't be that good" - in this case IT IS. The description, photos and reviews fully reflect this property. It is a large, spacious, well maintained property which is well equipped, with modern comfortable furnishings. The layout of the property with two lounges and dining areas allowed us,as a family of 10, to relax/eat together or have "our own space". Furthermore each bedroom allowed direct access to en suite facilities. When we were not out at the Theme Parks or Malls there was the heated pool, well equipped games room, PS4 and numerous TVs available. However, it was not only the standard of the property which impressed, but also the excellent customer service provided by the owners. From the initial enquiry through to the return of the deposit the service had been first rate. Any questions raised have been cleared quickly. Moreover the provision of a free phone (to k.i.t. with those at home), the use of the owners Sat Nav and the fact that the owner (not the management company) called to ensure all was ok suggests owners who care about customer service/experience. If you are seeking a beautiful spacious villa, in a quiet location yet relatively close to the attractions and where the property owners provide exceptional customer service then I have no hesitation in recommending that you try and secure this one.

We are a couple in our 30s and travelled with my parents who are in their 60s for a relaxing Christmas/New Year break. This property was perfect for us as it meant each couple practically had a 'wing' each. It would also be ideal for large family groups or 2/3 smaller families sharing. The property was beautifully decorated (exactly as it appeared in the photos) but what the pictures don't get across is the size of the place, it's huge! Perfect for large groups getting together but also lots of different areas for everyone to find their own space if they need some peace and quiet. The extended pool area meant that even in the winter, we were able to get the sun all day. The privacy screens at the side and no properties at the back meant that it felt very private. We requested pool heat, which made it the perfect temperature for our winter break. We basically spent most of the fortnight floating in the pool using the floats provided, a lovely touch! My Dad was in his element as he was able to watch more Premiership football games on the TV than he would get to see at home, while my husband escaped to the games room or the PS4 area whenever he got the chance. The management company were very responsive when we called to report one small issue, they arrived within a couple of hours and it was sorted. Richard and Nicola were fantastic during the booking process and beyond. They responded promptly to all of our queries and even rang us on our first full day to check we were enjoying it. They also returned our security deposit extremely promptly - I can't fault the service they provided. We have recommended this property to a number of our friends since returning but unfortunately (for them) they haven't been able to book as their dates aren't available. It looks like this is becoming a very popular property so my advice would be don't wait, book up quickly, you won't regret it!

The home is just as advertised on the web sight. We stayed 9 days for a family get together with my mom and two adult children. We had plenty of room to spare. Richard and Nichola are very prompt on their replies on our questions. We have done time share stays and house rentals for many years as our children were growing up and this house ranks at the top of the places we stayed. One note of caution, you will be about 1/2 hour away from shopping and restaurants, we did not mind this since we prefer to be away from that type of environment. There is a small shopping center about 5 minute drive that has a Publix grocery, wine and small eateries. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, if I were to make a suggestion it would be to add a larger frying pan and pasta pot to the inventory.

The beds were very comfortable and the home has everything you could possibly need. The owners were a pleasure to work with and even called once we checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was very thoughtful. No need to look further you will not be disappointed if you rent this home. Can't wait to visit again.

Just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Florida Delight. The villa is 5* in every aspect. We were a party of seven adults and we had so much space to relax or to entertain comfortably both inside and out. The kitchen is spacious and we prepared quite a few meals at home and were able to relax around the pool on loungers and the sumptuous corner outdoor sofa. Not that any of the attractions and restaurants are more than a short drive away. In addition to the excellent theme parks such as Universal studios and Kennedy Space centre take time to seek out the plentiful local wildlife. We were lucky to go on sail boat dolphin watching and an airboat to see alligators in their natural habitat - magical! All the bedrooms are well equipped with high quality showers, really comfortable beds and even Netflix on TVs all over the house. We would definitely recommend and hope to return as there's so much to see and do x

With four children we are very choosy when selecting a vacation home ie safety, location, facilities, decor. We are very impressed with Florida Delight, it's been a pleasure staying here and are sad to leave but hope to return soon.

Absolutely amazed at this place. Beautiful and modern furnishings with all the small little details that make it simply better than the rest such as USB sockets for charging all the phones and tabs! The heated jacuzzi was just bliss after a long day at the parks. Pool area is lovely with lots of seating and plenty areas to catch the sun! Massive villa with lots of space and seperate areas which means you definetely don't feel cramped and under each others feet (I has to search for my kids) lol Ideal location not far from all the parks and restaurants. Owners Richard and Nichola went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure our stay was superb. We are returning next year. Cannot wait!

Florida Delight is a well appointed, clean and perfectly positioned home. The house is ideal for families wanting to soak up the sun and visit the Florida parks, it has ample space down stairs for all the family to chill and relax. The house comes with many thoughtful touches, the free use Vonage phone was handy allowing phone calls home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large enough and flexible enough for all families. The pool area was a little concern to us before we arrived as we prefer south facing deck areas but i must say it was perfect. The extended deck and the additional seating area made it great for breakfasts in the early morning sun and evenings with a glass of wine with ample sun during the day. The solar heated pool more than takes the chill off the water, it kept the water at a very comfortable 86 deg. The pool deck looks out over a wooded area and is screened on each side to make it private. Watersong is a quiet and safe community with a great club house if you want to use its bigger pool or its fitness centre. Richard was very easy to deal with answering all of our questions quickly and honestly, it is obvious that he prides himself by providing a well thought out rental home.

The villa was fantastic and had everything and more that you could possibly need. Not going to mention rooms specific rooms being decorated nice as the whole house was declared lovely. The pictures certainly don't do it justice. The Resort: Lovely gated community that requires a code to get in the front gate giving that added sense of security. Unfortunately we never got a chance to see the clubhouse or communal pool but based on the rest of the resort I'm sure they were lovely. The House: Well, where do I start… the house is in a brilliant location of the resort. Doesn't directly face any other houses which makes the difference for privacy. As you enter there is a lovely open plan front living and dining room area, again we didn't have time to use. There is a downstairs toilet and a mini bar area leading through to the massive back room of the house. This consists of a brilliant open plan kitchen with all the appliances you normally need and more. Here there is a massive breakfast bar and loads of work top space. Next to this there is a massive dining area looking onto the pool area. Across from the kitchen is a great sitting room space with an enormous television. This is where we spent most of our time in the house. Upstairs we only used half of the bedrooms so can't comment on everything but the rooms we used were immaculate and extremely comfy beds. Every bedroom has access to an ensuite which is ideal. We have rented villas in the past and had a good time but there were several things here that made the difference: • Towels - There were copious amounts of towels which really helped as when you're on holiday you don't have time to keep re washing the same few towels. • Pool - Great size but most importantly what surrounds it. A villa to either side but very well spaced. The owners have added a frosted effect to the pool netting at either side which was great as again, I know I keep repeating it, added privacy. And lastly, for added privacy one again, it backed onto trees and not other people's pools like a lot villas in the area. • Tech - All the small things like this mount up to make the difference from other properties. A TV in every bedroom, one in the back open plan room and even one in the games room. Also, a den area on the landing up stairs. The back room, games room and den area TV's all had a sound bar. The den area had a PS4, laptop and printer.

This villa is stunning. A true home from home, with everything you could wish for. Plenty of space, beautifully well appointed, and in a very peaceful private gated neighbourhood around 20-25mins drive from the Disney parks. The owners could not have been more helpful, and I highly recommend booking this house before anyone else does! It's the little touches that really make all the difference, and we feel very lucky to have stumbled on this property, as it contributed greatly to our fantastic week in Orlando. I really can't praise the villa or the owners enough.

This is a stunning villa. Clean and tastefully decorated. We travelled as a family of 10. Even with all of us there was more than enough room. I am personally very fussy when it comes to accommodation but this ticked every box. The bedrooms were spacious and the pool area was great and the pool and jacuzzi was flood lit at night. I was sad to leave and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for more than just a villa!

The villa offered every pleasure, the pool was always warm and inviting. We felt like Kings and Queens. Hot water seemed unlimited in the showers. Excellent room for playing cards at night. Great games room with pool, darts, foosball and air hockey. Awesome TV lounge too with every possible channel. The gated neighbourhood made things safe for nightly walks and the golf course was only 10 minutes away. All-in-all, a superb stay.

We have just returned from a visit to this villa and all I can say is WOW! It has a fantastic layout and would be perfect for 2 families sharing, it has 2 amazing master suites and is incredibly spacious - the quality of furniture and finishings is second to none, and we have stayed in many Orlando villas over the years. The villa has an extended deck, meaning that the spacious feel of the inside of the villa continues to the outside space. The pool is not overlooked at the back and has privacy screens at the side. I was very impressed by the seating and dining areas that ensured large parties were catered for. The owners were lovely to deal with and did not bat an eye when asked for a very last minute extension to our stay - we enjoyed the villa so much we didn't want to leave. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa, all 5 stars are well deserved. Thanks Richard and Nichola - you should be very proud of your home, Martin and Jacqui xxx

We don't generally give reviews, but this is an exception. You need to know that if you are looking for a place to stay near all the major attractions in central Florida, this is definitely an exceptional find. We were traveling with six adults and five children, treating the kids to a Legoland vacation. We cannot say enough positive things about the house, you really have to see it. Everything was absolutely great, beautifully decorated for the adults and so much entertainment for the kids. They loved having Netflix in their bedrooms, the gaming system in the lounge, and the recreation room. The pool area was very spacious allowing us all to eat outside most evenings. A great time was had by all. You will not be sorry if you rent this home. It will definitely enhance your vacation. Just a word about the owners, as they were so pleasant and helpful in every way'. We have stayed in the Orlando area before in a high rise condo arrangement. In contrast, your house/villa has the wonderful privacy of its own swimming pool and outdoor living area. The six bedrooms and ample interior space provide comfort for small or large groups with the ability to cook in house and serve twelve people at the dining table. It is great to eat at the local restaurants, but wonderful to enjoy gatherings at home which your villa provides. I also enjoyed the security of your location and the simple driving to the theme parks and shopping outlets, yet able to enjoy a country view from the pool deck.

Far exceeded expectations, the family were so impressed. Palatial villa, tastefully furnished and appointed. So very convenient for all the famous attractions we had heard about but had never visited before. Also grateful for information provided for booking tickets locally for these in advance, even the same day. Certainly saved us a lot of cash and queuing time on arrival. Good restaurants locally and don't miss the shopping malls with the designer labels at up to 70% discount. We honestly felt like film stars in the hot jacuzzi and pool. Kids loved to play pool, air hockey, table footie and especially electronic darts in the games room. Best holiday ever.

The furnishings complement each other and give a sense of relaxation. The hot tub was appreciated after a full day. I love that the entire property is new, spotless and clean.
