This is a beautiful house in a beautiful gated community. It had everything we needed and more! The host was very polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better communication. The game room and pool were perfect for my 4 boys. The spa/pool heat was the best of any place we've ever stayed before. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place near Disney/Universal, or even the beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.

We couldn’t have possibly had a more perfect vacation. Our sons and their spouses and our grandchildren came to spend a week with us. We’re celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this home was a great fit for everyone. Spacious, very clean and a great pool and outdoor space. Our wonderful stay began when we opened the front door. Everything was so roomy and beautifully decorated. We went upstairs to find the bedrooms also decorated just as you'd expect a Florida Villa to be; nice vibrant colors. We had our children and grandchildren with us so with all the bedrooms it accommodated our family. The main attraction for everyone wasn't Mickey, It was having that pool and spa to go into everyday. After going to the parks, no matter how tired we were, we took a dip. We only had one issue and it was handled that day. Kudos to Richard's management team for getting that problem fixed! There is a good assortment of games and books for reading. The first night we were greeted to the call of coyotes, we spotted a hawk who eventually landed on a branch by the pool but the best thing was seeing a pair of cranes walk right past the pool. Thank you Richard for a wonderful stay!

We have just returned from our 4th holiday at this fabulous Florida Delight villa, with a great friends and hosts Nic and Richard. The villa is 5 star, spacious and super comfortable - gorgeous inside and out. The outdoor area includes the coveted orange sofa area which is a top spot to sit and relax! The wildlife in the area always excites us and this area of Florida has wildlife in abundance. So much to do, from nature reserves to the theme parks....and always perfect to come back to Watersong at the end of the day. Wish we were still there!
